Star Truck Restraints
The non-impact style STAR is your best choice in truck restraints. The restraining arm is activated with either a push bar or push-button. The arm moves vertically along a reinforced T-rail until it contacts the trailer's ICC bar. A heavy-duty gas spring allows full range float of the hook during the loading and unloading process. With few moving parts, STAR is the simplest and least expensive truck restraint on the market. The simplicity of the STAR design is evident in the fact that the STAR requires no scheduled maintenance. There are no adjustments and nothing to lubricate. All STAR series restraints now feature Zinc-plated finish as standard. |

DOCK SEALS & SHELTERS
Dock Seals
If you have one dock door or one hundred. . . and whatever your industry - from high-tech to heavy industry. . . you need the long-lasting protection of a Tufseal dock seal or shelter. By installing a dock seal, you can safeguard your loading dock from the elements, reduce employee accidents, lower heating/cooling bills and minimize theft.
Dock doors without dock seals are easy targets for expensive pilfering. Shipments of small product can be quickly and easily slipped through the space between the back of the trailer and the building wall - costing you thousands of dollars per year. |
Dock Shelters
Shelters can help prevent costly accidents and worker compensation claims by keeping the elements from your loading dock. Even if your company is located in a warm climate, you still need protection from Mother Nature. Dust and insects can damage your shipments, costing you time and money.
Shelters are designed to accommodate a wide variety of door and trailer sizes, while providing full width access to the back of the trailer. |
Edge of Dock
These dock levelers are smooth and easy to operate. Whether using the lever handle or the wall-mounted control button, the edge-of-dock leveler extends fully to the height of the trailer bed for safe freight handling. Available in a variety of sizes and capacities, EOD’s make an economical choice for many applications. |
Portable Dockboards
Available in either aluminum or steel, truck dockboards compensate for the difference in height between dock and truck. Angle stops lock board firmly in place while safety tread decking prevents slippage. |
Yard Ramps
Provides ground to carrier loading facilities while relieving congestion at the dock. The Mobile Containeramp can be rolled from job to job on it'' rubber tired wheels. Hydraulic lifts raise ramp to carrier height to assure safe, secure attachment to truck or rail car. |
Rail Dockboards
Railboards are designed for use on all types of railway boxcars, including refrigerated and special cars for the lumber and the paper industries. All railboards are designed and built to match the specific dock conditions. The design is finalized by using information provided on a project specific analysis. This information allows the manufacturer to build a railboard that has the proper width, length, bends and capacity. |
