Robert Prater - Service Manager
 
Robert comes to McKinley with years of service management experience. His background is heavy in technology, support, and customer service . Robert is a skilled problem solver with extensive experience in root cause analysis and service process improvement. He is always available to assist customers in meeting their business requirements. Robert's goals are to make it easy for customers to do business with McKinley, to get the right technician to the right place with the right parts every time, and to assist McKinley equipment in becoming a world class service organization.
Cecil Farris - Field Superintendent
 
Cecil joined McKinley Equipment in 2002. He is a “do it all” guy, with an impressive resume of accomplishments. Cecil began in the industrial/commercial door business in 1986. For the past 21 years, he has mastered all types of warehouse doors including roll-ups, sectional, and hollow metal man doors. Since joining McKinley, Cecil has added high-speed doors, dock levelers, store-front doors, Cartveyors, VRC’s, and more to his areas of expertise. He has a “can do” attitude and no challenge is too large for him. His relaxed style puts everyone at ease, is a skilled trainer, and a first class customer-relations expert.
Customer Service Sales Staff
Wayne Rollins - Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley
 
Wayne brings the strength of a seasoned technician to his sales duties. He is an accomplished electrical and mechanical troubleshooter in his own right. With 25 years at McKinley, Wayne has visited just about every major facility in Los Angeles at one time or another. Today, he brings that knowledge to the Customer Service Sales area, ready to analyze a problem, set up planned maintenance visits, train on safety, and offer other safety products that may make your operation a safer place to work. He offers what is needed, doesn't try to "sell", just offers his knowledge and experience.
Steve Gessler - Orange County, south Los Angeles
 
Steve is a very active participant in any customer service issue. His role is to facilitate the solving of problems and keeping his customers up and running. He does that efficiently by staying in touch with his customers and not overselling them on what they need. He brings administrative skill with him as he balances the requirements of our customers with the real needs that they have. His first priority is to keep them informed. The growth in his territory is proof of his success.
